Ep 60.png

Do you ever find yourself wishing that you’d have a vacation or a massage right away? That could be a sign that you are burnt out. Unfortunately, a holiday or a massage day cannot give you the relief you desire from burnout. It would be best to analyze what’s causing burnout and deal with the root cause.

Once you know what’s causing you to get burnt out, you need to be intentional about taking care of yourself. You need to make sure that you have time to yourself away from all the things you should do. Time alone allows you to listen to your body, feel your emotions without dismissing them, or even have a moment to meditate.

It is essential to make your “you” time intentional. The same way you schedule meetings on your calendar, it should the same way you schedule “you” time. Sliding back into burnout is as easy as ABC, but you are less likely to become a victim again if you normalize taking time to be with yourself.
