I’m so glad I was able to take this opportunity to open up about the ways I procrastinate and how I take ownership of it to become my own personal cheerleader and to regain my motivation. I also share my relationship with perfection paralysis, how it enables procrastination cycles and tips on how to squash it before it derails your day. Learn to cut yourself some slack and love yourself through your unmotivated moments; you may be surprised by what you can conquer.
